St. Mary’s Home is a Christian program aimed to provide "servitude first" atmosphere. Encouraging teamwork, open communication and the timely resolution of employee concerns. If an employee has a dispute or conflict on the job, it is expected that they will make every effort to resolve the matter with the colleague with whom the employee is having difficulty. A nonjudgmental environment filled with the hope of his calling and open arms for all those needing shelter and stability during the pregnancy. When teamwork and open communication are working, it is anticipated that problems can be resolved less formally than the following procedures describe. St. Mary’s Home is a place of grace and mercy.
Regular and annual core training for employees may include based on their role:

3. Fire safety, including the use of fire extinguishers.
4. Policies and procedures review
5. Cultural Competency
6. WHMIS
7. Workplace Violence and Harassment Policy
8. CPR and First Aid
9. Suicide Prevention
10. Accessibility Customer Service Policies
11. Medication and Health Management Policies
12. Food Handling Certification
